These terms explain how you may use the Unity Workwear website and how orders for workwear, uniforms, PPE, embroidery, print and personalised branding are handled.

Governing law: England & Wales
Part A
Website Use Terms
This website is operated for Unity Workwear customers who browse, enquire about, customise or purchase workwear and branded clothing. By using this website, you agree to use it responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
We may update these terms when our services, products, technology or legal requirements change. The latest version published on this page will apply from the stated effective date.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, introduce malware, scrape content, copy product data for competing purposes, or use the site in a way that harms Unity Workwear, our customers or our systems.
Website content is provided for general guidance only. Product colours, print finishes, embroidery appearance and garment details may vary slightly because of screen settings, supplier updates and production methods.
All website text, images, design, branding, graphics and product presentation are owned by or licensed to Unity Workwear. You may view the website for personal or internal business use, but you must not reproduce, copy, scrape or redistribute content without written permission.
Part B
Terms for Sale of Goods
Orders & Contract
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when Unity Workwear accepts the order or issues confirmation. We may cancel and refund orders affected by stock issues, incorrect pricing, supplier changes or technical errors.
Pricing & Payment
Prices, VAT status, delivery charges and customisation charges are shown during the order process where applicable. Payment is normally required before production unless written credit terms are agreed.
Product Suitability
You are responsible for choosing suitable garments, sizes, colours and safety categories for your workplace. PPE and hi-vis items should be selected according to your legal and operational requirements.
Discount Codes
Discount codes are subject to their own conditions, may be withdrawn, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may refuse codes used incorrectly or outside the intended promotion.
Custom Orders
Artwork, Logos & Personalisation
When you supply artwork, logos, names, numbers or brand assets, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe any third-party rights.
Please check all spelling, sizing, placement, colour references and design proofs carefully. Once a proof is approved or production begins, personalised items usually cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded unless faulty or incorrectly produced by us.
Embroidery, DTF print, vinyl print and other decoration methods may have technical limits depending on fabric, artwork complexity, stitch count, print area and garment shape. Additional charges may apply for complex artwork, digitising, setup or oversized branding.
We may occasionally show completed branded workwear on our website or social channels to demonstrate our services. If you do not want your branding used in this way, tell us when ordering. If an image is already published and you want it removed, contact us and we will deal with the request as soon as reasonably possible.
Customer Care
Delivery, Cancellation & Liability
Delivery and production times are estimates. Custom branding, supplier availability, artwork approval, courier delays and busy seasonal periods may affect completion times.
Risk normally passes to you when goods are delivered. Please check deliveries promptly and report missing, damaged or incorrect items as soon as possible, ideally within 2 business days for business orders.
Consumers may have a statutory cooling-off period for non-personalised goods. This right does not usually apply to personalised, embroidered, printed, made-to-order or hygiene-sensitive items where the law allows an exemption.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights that cannot legally be excluded. For business customers, our liability is limited to the price paid for the relevant goods to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supplier disruption, courier issues, extreme weather, government action, emergencies or technical outages.
